Shipping & Handling Policy

Product purchases on the AquaFire Leisure Online Store are available only in Western & Central Canada. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time. If you are not home, a delivery notification card will be left. Smaller shipments may be left at your door, while larger shipments require a signed receipt. Carriers will call ahead to arrange delivery when applicable.

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery provides delivery to the curb of your driveway. This does not include setup, assembly, or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal, which will call to schedule your delivery within a 4-hour window. All deliveries require a signature and inspection upon receipt. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require additional fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery is only available to locations with street addresses or rural route numbers with postal codes.
  • PO boxes cannot be delivered to.
  • Multiple items may ship separately due to size or weight.
  • Items over 31.8 kg (70 lbs) may require assistance to unload.

Shipping Times

Stock items typically ship within 24–72 hours. Backordered items will receive a follow-up email with an estimated delivery date. Custom products, including hot tubs, may take 30–60 days for delivery.

Shipping Methods

Standard ground shipping is the primary method for most items under 70 lbs. Larger or special items may be shipped via courier (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canmore Courier, J&R Hall). Air transportation is available for expedited or express shipments at extra cost.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to select items within Western & Central Canada and does not include remote locations or items with size/weight restrictions. Market-established rural delivery fees may apply. Free shipping offers cannot be applied retroactively or in-store.

Shipping Rates

Rates are determined by weight, size, and destination. Use the “Estimate Shipping & Tax” tool in your cart for accurate rates. For remote locations, please contact Customer Service at 403-678-3094 for updated freight rates.

Tracking Your Package

A tracking number is provided via the Shipping Confirmation email. Courier tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. For questions, contact Customer Service at 403-678-3094, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM GMT.

Damaged Packages

You may refuse damaged packages. If accepted, contact Customer Care within 48 hours at 403-678-3094. Always note damage on the delivery receipt.
