The AFL-VIP & AFL-GOLD Membership Cards are not transferable and are only issued to the individual for their sole use valid from the date of purchase for one (1) year. Membership cards only function once activated by Candek Sundeck Systems Ltd., here on known as AquaFire Leisure and requires a secure card number to keep track of your membership activity on your client profile.
By using the AFL-VIP or AFL-GOLD Member Card, here on known as “Membership” or “Membership Card”, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the AFL Membership Program.
The membership card can only be used at AquaFire Leisure and can not be combined with any other offers unless approved by management or provided as a coupon to be combined with your membership supplied by AquaFire Leisure.
Each membership is entitled to select perks valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, as outlined in the chart below:

Your membership card must be present during the time of purchase to activate any discounts available during that transaction. You are unable to return previously purchased product and re-purchase to obtain the discount. It can only be used from the date of the membership purchase and onwards.
Members will be offered special product deals, coupons and promotions by AquaFire Leisure via email, direct mailers and/or bag stuffs. These promotions from time to time will provide an additional discount that may be combined with the membership program if stated on the promotion or coupon.
Members are responsible for advising changes to their preferences and contact details that are linked to their customer profile. This is best done via email, admin@aquafireleisure.com or in person with a front-end manager.
Promotions and benefits outlined in the membership program are only valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase and have no cash value. No reimbursements will be provided from unused or un-obtained discounts, coupons, perks, etc.
AFL-VIP Members enjoy 3 service calls per year at discounted VIP service call rate of $99.00+gst per service call. Each service call includes the first 30 minutes of travel, consultation and/or labour. Additional labour and parts are not included in the service call rate and will be charged at our current pricing.
AFL-VIP Members enjoy 10% off select services such as; annual fireplace tune up, hot tub drain & refill, hot tub fill and balance, hot tub winterize and de-winterize, basic WETT inspections, hot tub leak repair labour, BBQ and patio inspections and other select services determined and approved by management. This cannot be combined with other offers unless approved by management. All service calls excluded from the 10% discount.
Membership cards are non-refundable. If the client chooses to cancel their membership in full without reimbursement, simply bring the membership card into AquaFire Leisure so it can be destroyed, therein forfeiting all benefits of the membership.
Please report lost, damaged or stolen cards to: admin@aquafireleisure.com and we will try our best to accommodate. Replacement cards are not guaranteed and a card replacement fee of $5.00+gst may apply if a replacement is able to be created.
AquaFire Leisure at its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate a membership card due to misuse of the card and/or use of the card in a manner which is deemed as a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
If for some reason AquaFire Leisure should terminate the program while having an active membership, 30 days notice will be provided to members to allow them to use the discounts and benefits before termination. Members will be notified via email and on our website www.aquafireleisure.com.
AquaFire Leisure may make changes at any time to the membership program without prior notice to its members along with changes to its terms and conditions. AquaFire Leisure will attempt to notify members of any changes, but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
AquaFire Leisure may collect information about its members including information contained in the membership program, client profile and communications. We may also monitor your profile, transactions, sales history and website activity/traffic on www.aquafireleisure.com, www.aquafireleisure.ca, www.durattan.ca, www.backcountryleisureco.com and www.beachcomberhottubs.com. We may take notes on products and services used and/or purchased by the member to help tailor the individual’s member profile. The membership database contains the member’s information such as name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth and other profile members and their contact information.
By using this membership you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance to our privacy policy that can be found in store and on www.aquafireleisure.com.
